Ok got the help for that by NI,

Will post the solution : 

Just had to open a sample project -SoftMotion - NI9503

The target were by default cRIO-9068 by I had a NI-9147. 

Had to right-click the project (INSERNAMEHERE).lvproj - new - Target and Devices - New target and device - Ethernet RIO and click on my NI-9147. 

Their I just had to drag everything that was not found in the new chassis that was inside the cRIO-9068 chassis. 

Put the Ip adress from NI Max in the chassis and make sure that every driver where to date.
