The help file say:
To use the arrow keys to change a numeric display by a digit other than the default increment, use the Operating tool to add the insertion point to the right of the target digit.
So the digit left to the cursor is changed 🙂
I wonder if it was there all the time or since LV version??

It's been there for quite a while. Don't really know when it got put it. It should also be noted that this works on constants on the block diagram as well.

At least as far back as LV 6.1.
I recall learning from Greg McKaskle but could not find with a serach here so it must have been in Info-LabVIEW where I first learned that.
I use it to help rookies get a handle on epsilon.

I just browsed the LV options if there is still a "Did you know that..." startup screen I could activate again. Don't know, was this also in LV6.1?? Didn't missed it right until now 😉
