No FPGA Response on LSB Weights and Offsets?

Hmm... It sounds like you've tried everything that I can think of, so I'm unfortunately stumped. (Sorry)  Does anyone else have an idea?

I'll take my words back.  The problem was the cable.  It did not work for slot 2 but worked for the other slots.  I swapped the cable and everything works fine now.

I'm glad you figured it out!  I was afraid that this wasn't going to be an easy one to track down...
