Hello,
We are trying to connect a cRIO-9076 equipped with NI 9411 and NI 9751. NI MAX can detect cRIO-9076, but neither NI 9411 and NI 9751 are found within NI MAX. There is a warning saying that ‘no VISA resources found’. My LabVIEW version is 2020 and I installed RT module, FPGA module, and CompactRIO Device Drivers as well. I was trying to upgrade all the target software, but there is no available version for LabVIEW Real-Time as you can see in the attached image.
We are stuck here right now. Does anyone know the reason why NI MAX cannot detect the modules?

Expanding the Software branches of the MAX tree would have helped.
It sounds like you didn't install NI-VISA when you installed the LabVIEW Device Drivers

NI-VISA was already installed. I upgraded it to 20.0.0, but still not working...

What OS is running on your cRIO? I recall seeing a note that support for some RTOS will be dropped for some cRIOs in 2020 ... If you are running, say, PharLap 2019, and upgraded the VISA driver, it might not be recognized by the OS (which has difficulty "predicting the future").

The OS of my cRIO-9076 is 'NI Real-Time VxWorks-PPC603 6.3'.
From this webpage (https://www.ni.com/en-us/support/documentation/compatibility/17/real-time-controllers-and-real-time-...), it says that NI will remove support for Phar Lap for cRIO in the NI 2020 Software Release. Is VxWorks also excluded?

You do not appear to be running the latest (it looks like Version 7 was release 5 or 6 years ago, no sign that it is up-to-date). You should probably install the RTOS that comes from NI for this product.
