No "Update Firmware" button available in NI-MAX

I have a PXIe-5413 which is giving errors due to having an old firmware. However, there is no option to update it. How can I update this device's firmware?

All my other devices also don't have the "Update Firmware" button, but they do work.

Relevant drivers:

NI-FGEN 21.3.0

PXI Platform Services 21.8.0

NI System Configuration 21.5.0

NI-MAX 21.5.0

LabVIEW 2021 SP1 f6
