Not able to download community version

I am not able to download the community version of labview. When I try to download the program I only get the button "log in to download" and when I log in I still get this button again. It does not change to download.
Tested with Chrome, Edge and Firefox on two different Notebooks. What am I doing wrong?

NI IT has been informed of the issue.

The download glitch should have been resolved by now.
