It appears that there is a bug in the SQL Toolkit when you try to uninstall
the SQL Toolkit it then wipes out with it all your ODBC drivers.
Also, for some reason I am getting a conflict in versions, but the versions
are ok. As an admin on Windows NT I am able to create File DSNs but never
as a user. Why is this?
