OPC UA Labview (Client) and Siemen S7 1500 (OPC UA Server)

Hello I´m working on a Project using LabVIEW as an Client and S7-1500 as an OPC Server.It works but i´m working now on the option safety

i got the error -356610 and i don´t know why. I used de certification from siemens.

Also how i create a Client certificate from LabVIEW

There is a function "Create Certificate.vi" in the OPC UA palette.

Thank you for the Information i have to create the certificate and put it on my OPC server

But the error 356610 not trusty certificate ist still there
