OPC UA on Linux?

The NI LabVIEW OPC UA Toolkit is only compatible with Windows and NI Linux Real-Time Operating Systems.

I will have a LabVIEW system running on a PC using standard (RedHat 7) Linux, and I need to communicate with subsystems that use the OPC UA protocol. Has anyone implemented the OPC UA protocol on LabVIEW Linux?

Hey PipT,

Unfortunately as you said the OPC UA toolkit would only work on Linux Real-Time OSs rather than standard Linux. One solution would be to work OPC->Windows->Red-Hat as per the below forum:
