Hi Ben,

It went well.  There's definitely interest from people in our area.  It will be a good means to exchange knowledge.
There was a good turnout.  We're already planning the next meeting which should take place in March.

I tried to come....

apparently mapquest and google maps are both incorrect when displaying 800 King Edward.... I was driving there when I realized that the little star on the map was in the market...so I quickly checked it out to make sure that U of O didnt have a secret market campus I had never heard of and then headed back to the U of O campus (which apparently I am not familiar with!) and after driving around the inside of the campus a fair bit, I suddenly remembered where the engineering buildings were, and headed over there, but by the time I saw SITE, I was 20 minutes late, and by the time I found parking and the room I would have been at least 30 minutes late...and I didnt want to interrupt presentations by showing up late.

Darn I wanted to go to that! Ah well its good to hear it went well

Jeff
