PCI-6110 input output synchronisation

I was wondering if anyone can help me. I am using a PCI-6110 board with a BNC-2110 connection inferface which I am controlling in Labview. I currently want to output two signals from the AO 0 and the AO 1 channels whilst measuring a signal from the AI 1 channel simulaneously and am just a bit worried that these may not be synchronised since I have to use a separate daq assistant for the input and outputs. Is there any way I can use the board's internal clock as a triggering system or do I need an external trigger to do so? I'm looking to set the sampling rate to ~1MHz.
Thank you very much and best regards,
Simy

This can definitely be done with that board, try the example Multi-Function-Synch AI-AO.vi. This example is for one output but can be extended to two outputs.

Not everything can be done with DAQ assistants. I don't use the things myself so I can't say if this is one of them.
