PCI-9111DG/HG board is not detected with Windows 7

Hello

I am developing a project for the data acquisition of a biomass burner.

We try to use an old board we had in the lab, but the computer where we have connected the board has Windows 7 installed, and even though the board is installed and detected correctly in Window, MAX didn't find it and therefore with the LABVIEW we can't use the DAQ assistant for the data acquisition of analog signals.

The material we have is:

Acquisition board: PCI-9111 DGHR

Adapter: ACLD-9138

Operating system: Windows 7 64-bit

LABVIEW: version 8.5

Here is attached the screenshot of the Device Manager, you can see the board correctly installed.

However in LABVIEW the board is not detected, I attached the screenshot of the MAX.

Why this is happening? The PCI-9111DG/HG board has problems with 64-bit operating systems? If we reinstall the computer and install Windows XP would be detected correctly?

Thank you in advance and best regards,

Leopoldo

MAX is not supposed to find it. It is not an NI board as you can clearly see. In order to use it with LabVIEW, you need drivers from Adlink. Once you have them installed you should have a palette of functions that you can call.
