The answer with the link to a Knowledge Base Online is very good, updating the BIOS of the computer is the best shot, but also you may try to change the PCI-GPIB board to a different PCI slot in your computer this may help. Do you have other PCI boards like ethernet boards? Try switching them or take out momentaneously the ethernet board and install the GPIB board to figure out if the conflict resides on using this two boards together.
