Thank you for your continued interest in this issue. R&D have looked into this and identified where the problem is located, and should be included with the next release of LabVIEW PDA.
As a temporary workaround can you set
the 11th menu item to be either a placeholder or dummy entry.
This will allow you to continue working on your application, until a fix is made available
