You can use the Sound VIs in LabVIEW to play a .wav file, and if you're on Windows XP, you can see all the different .wav files that Windows uses for clicks, beeps, etc. in the C:\Windows\Media folder.
Search the LabVIEW Help and palettes if you need more information on the sound VIs.
