PXI 2548 Card issue with Switch executive

I am using PXI 2548 card to switch the RF using switch executive. But it is not working as expected. I am trying to test 4 UUTs at the same time and I am switching relay respective to the UUT. On test start switch has to be at nco à com0 and run some tests. Then switch to no0 à com0 and test rest of the RF for the UUT1, but sometimes it never switch to no0 à com0. Here is my configuration file and please let me know what I am doing wrong? Is it a card problem or is it my configuration problem? How do we know the switch status using switch executive?
