PXI chassis and controller not detecting in NI-MAX

Hi

    I have a PXIe chassis 1071 in which I have mounted PXIe 8221 controller.My  controller is loaded with windows 7 Professional operating system and LabVIEW 2017 is installed in it .But after successful completion of my installation neither chassis nor controller is showing up in NI -Max.I refreshed the configuration tree many times and the result was same.Please advice me for further troubleshooting.I have also verified the compact-ability  of the entire system

Hi rudh,

Where are you running NI-MAX? From your description, it does not sound like you're running it on the 8221 Controller... Are you leaving out some details? Is this PXIe chassis connected to a separate PC somehow?

 Thanks for replying,I am running NI-MAX in 8821 controller only,the problem is it is not detecting in NI-MAX
