PXIe 4330 Exitation Voltage to Zero?

Hi,

I was wondering if there is anyway I could set the  PXIe 4330 Exitation Voltage to Zero in Labview as a safety precaution when wiring the card?

I have tried to do so with the DAQmx Reset Device.vi but it has no effect. 

As well, I tried DAQmx Create Channel (AI bridge).vi with the Voltage exitation value set to zero but that returns an error.

Any ideas?

I don't think you can set it to zero, but you should be able to set the excitation voltage as low as 0.625 V in software.   If you are extremely concerned, you can turn off the chassis, do the wiring, and then turn it back on (if you are using a PC through MXI make sure you power off your PC first).
