Altenbach: I'd like to use your trimknob.vi VI from this page in a VI that I'm designing for a training program (i.e. the VI will be used to train people).  May I?

Just in case Altenbach misses this, I can tell you that he'll probably have no problems. When you post a simple example like that it's to teach people, not to spread your copyright code. The entire point is for people to learn from those examples.

You should however mention who made it and where you got it from (just in case there is a bug, else they blame you instead of me :o).

Part of the training should show how to get help from our forum. 🙂

Ahh, the old trim knob. One of these days this should be turned into an xcontrol. 😉

Alright, thanks!  I did note in the documentation that you made the orginal knob.  (I need to change the graphic, which is easy, and coerce the possible result values, which was also easy, but otherwise it's pretty much as you posted it).
