Paste/import from clipboard with custom icon editor

Is there any way to paste/import from clipboard with the custom icon editor?

I am using Customized LabVIEW Icon Editor Version 2.2 available from http://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-1051

I don't use that editory, but I did try it and nixed it because I found it to be too slow. You'll probably have better luck posting your questions right on the feedback for the editor on the community page, or on the thread for it, found here. You may also want to take a look at an alternate one.

In the default editor, go to edit > import picture to clip board. Then press control+v when you want to paste it in. Keep in mind that the picture you are importing has to be smaller than the dimensions of the icon and has to be in a file format that the editor can import. *.png files import nicely by the way.

p.s. that 3rd party editor is wierd. I couldnt figure out how to draw on the icon Why cant stuff just work like a regular image editor (paint, photoshop)? I wish I had photoshop here at work to do icon work fast and then I could just import it into the icon editor.
