Pattern Matching Limitation or code optimization required

Dear All,

Currently, I am working on pattern matching on a multi-label image. I am trying to find the 600 patterns from a multi-label image. But I am stuck at 456 matches when I actually need to find 600 patterns from the main image. I have tried all the 3 algorithms and even tried reducing the score to 100 but no use. I would like to know if there is any limitation of LabVIEW to find the patterns or if I need to optimize the code to work properly. Any help would be great.

Hi Kartik,

Right now i Dont have  vision installed in my PC. Looking at the image, I have few questions. what type Lighting has been use?.and the focus seems to be incorrect. the 80A characters are blurred at top left corner Are you not getting those detected?

If the patterns to be detected are alphabetic always, have you tried OCR?
