Persistent MNU Conflict after Upgrading to LV2009

Since upgrading to LV2009, opening certain top level VIs will warn me of a conflict with the menu files of certain instrument drivers.  After closing the dialog, everything loads fine and the Resolve Conflict button is greyed out.  I've tried mass compiling, removing the drivers from the project and readding, and leaving them out.  The conflict is still noted regardless of everything I've tried.

A corrective action request (CAR) has been filed about this mnu conflict. At the moment, most instances of this issue have been resolved by removing the driver from the project. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers?
