Phase & Magnitude calc Continuous

We are reading two voltage signals, and need to measure the phase difference between the two, as well as the magnitude (both continuously).  (ultimate goal is to measure the impedance of the system)  The system seems to crash everytime we write to file.  Any suggestions for what might be causing this, or how it might be fixed?

What is the message you receive when it crashes?  Is it an out of memory message?

I agree - we need more details of the error (screenshot) and also would it be possible to see the code? 

In the meantime I would recommend looking at the write to file example vi's (Help>>Find Examples). Does this generate the same error?

If you could post up a screenshot of the error then we can take it from there. This is not expected behavior and I searched but didn't find any other instances of this happening. Thanks!!
