Play Record and Save sounds with 16kHz sample rate

Hi all!
I'm working with speech signal which most of the time are sampled at 16000Hz. I need to play (all or a part of the signal), record and save (wave files) using this rate.
Or all the sound Vis from NI work only at 8000, 11050, 22100 and 44200Hz. does somebody know a way to change this (dll source codes are not available...)

This KnowledgeBase on NI's website explains how you can get these "non-standard" frequencies with the same LabVIEW Vi. I hope this helps you out.
