You'll have to provide more information that that.

What is the brand and model number of this equipment?  How does it connect to the PC.

National Instruments sells data acquisition modules that connect analog inputs and measure them.  But you say your equipment has analog inputs so it must be the data acquisition device.  You'll have to see what interface it provides to the PC and if they provide any LabVIEW drivers.  If not, you will have to write your own in LabVIEW.

Often, the vibration monitoring equipment on power generation equipment will have BNC connectors that are "buffered outputs"  These are analog signals that are copies of the analog signals produced by the sensors and signal conditioning.  You can easily connect these buffered outputs to a NI DAQ board.  The NI Dynamic Signal Acquisition boards are good choices with their anti-aliasing filters and AC /DC coupling options.  Our 9234 models are a low cost way to get started with USB.
