Please help my PCI-1409

Hello all,

             Anybody can help my vision card which is PCI-1409, I don't know what happenned, as I plug the card on the PC, PC can't boot up anymore, hasn't any response, and after I pull that card out, PC is well boot up, then I replace the other piece of PCI-1409, PC is well boot up too, namely, I got a PCI-1409 is malfunction one like that problem, does anybody meet this condition ever? any simple solution can help this card ? your any thread that I would be appreciated. thanks

I think you have to contact the NI Support Department of your region.

Thanks, because this card is bought many years, I think it past the NI keeping repair period, Does NI have a service to help customer to repair hardware such as this card ?

Yes. But it's a paid service out of warranty period.
