Plot XY.vi appears to have changed in 7.0 (possible bug)

I am using Plot XY.vi which plots xy data in a picture indicator. It works just fine in 6.1, however in 7.0, I only get a horizontal line across the top of the graph, above the autoscaled y maximum. Even the example in examples\picturedemos\Waveform and XY Plots.vi fails to work properly. Anyone else seen this?
