Plotting different sets of XY coordinates on a single plot

Hi,

I've 2 sets of XY coordinated. Each of the XY coordinated are running randomly, I'm wondering if it is possible to place the XY plot of one set and the other set of XY values together in one single plot? So in the end there will be two dots appearing on the XY plot.

If anyone have any idea, please kindly advice me on this. Thanks

Hi Donny

No Problem - each Point has to be wired into the build cluster-function (x/y-value). All resulting point-clusters are then wired to the build array function. This output is then wired to the xy-graph.

Just have a look at the attachement.

Hope it helps.

hi,

what if i have 1 set of XY value in a True case and the other in a False case, am I able to display the 2 sets of XY values on a single plot?

Yes, you can, if it is not in the same case-structure. If not, just wire the data out of the case-structure.

hi,

I can show both of the XY sets of values. But in my program, i wish that for the first time when I click on the selector, the 1st set of XY values will appear, then when i click on the selector again the 2nd set of XY values from the different chart will appear on the plot together with the 1st set of XY values on the plot.

So now there should be two dots on the plot. One dot belonging to the 1st set of XY values from the first chart and the 2nd set of XY values from the second chart.

Do you think it is possible to do it? Could you kindly give me some pointers.

Thanks alot

Menu File >> Save with Options. In the appearing dialog you can select "Save for previous". If select you can choose the version on the right side.
