Hi all,
I have a 3D waterfall plot as shown in Waterfall 1 (its block diagram is also attached). I'd like to have the frequency axis (X axis) to be plotted as shown in Waterfall 2 (taken from a journal article). I had tried by simply switching the two axes on the block diagram but it wouldn't work.
I really appreciate any suggestions that can help me with this problem.
Thanks so much.

Hi there.
So looking at the plot that you have, it seems your data isn't quite as you want it. You say you switched the X and Y on the block diagram. I assume all this did is "rotate" the graph so that the range of 0 to 10000 was on the left, and the the range of 0 to 10 was on the right, and the data lines were pointing the other way accordingly?
I assume you want data where there are a finite number of Machine Repetitions (10 or 5), each with a line spanning across frequency (so you have frequency values from 0 to 10000 all along the line). Your data doesn't seem to be coming in like that. Based on your graph, I see about five or six lines. Basically, you have a whole bunch of data with frequency value 8000 that has various "Machine Repetition" values from 1 to 10 (and even in between). Is your data coming in correctly?
