Plotting the data(logged through DAQ) over a time axis ..

Hi ...

Iam running an application where in i will be using a DAQ ,which captures the data(voltage) of a particular channel to a .txt file ...
As we know that there will be no timestamping information in the captured text file ..at what interval the data is captured.. ..but what we can do is thinking that each sample is taken at a constant speed of 2E-4 seconds.
With which i will be getting 5kS/Sec.. Like that iam capturing for abt 30 minutes..
And what my requirement is ..i need to plot this captured 30Minutes data contained in a text file on to a timescale graph ..
Can u suggest me how is this possible ????

Hi Shake,

What you are trying to accomplish can be done fairly easy. You need to create a waveform. Please take a look at the example I have created which shows you how to create a waveform graph with timing associated to it. The data is coming from a text file a created for demonstration purposes. Please take a look at it and let me know if you have any questions.
