Plz I need help,can some one kind help me ,What is a DAQ assistant

I dont have any DAq hard ware, still i want to use DAQ assistant,Plz guide me what it is ?

How it is configured for input and output channels?

DAQ assistant is a wizard in LabVIEW that enables you to setup a simple Data Acquisition System given that you have a DAQ-device.

Without any hardware it's useless.

Why do you want to use the DAQ assistant if you do not have any hardware?

It is possible to use MAX to simulate a device which you should then be able to select in the DAQ assistant
