Porblem with NotifyIcon functionality in the VI

Hello all,

  Actually i have notifyicon application using .net classes...when the program is running and when you minimise ,straight away it will minimise to system tray (without any trace in the taskbar) and when we click on the notify icon in the system tray it will come to standard size..Actually i had implemented the functionality,but if i am repeatledly minimising ,then i am getting error and whole labview is crashing..

I am attaching the vi along with the callback event vi along.Please give me any suggestions/ideas.
