In reference to my previous post, Re: cRIO GPS Data Logger - Page 2 - NI Community, I was wrong. This 'ghosting artifact' has not been resolved. I have read the How Do I Eliminate Ghosting from My Measurements? - NI but still could not come up with solution. I am currently only using two (2) channels on the NI-9215, AI0 and AI2. I skipped AI1 to allow "settling time" but I also have a SAR ADC not a multiplexing ADC, I have tried everything I can think of like connecting all the negatives (-) to ground to allow the all the channels to have the same reference to COM. I have tried shorting the positive and negative terminals and then added to that by connecting the negatives to COM of the unused channels, yet nothing works. I am using Grounded Differential Connection as outlined in the NI-9215 Getting Started Guide. I would also like to use the RAW voltage values and not the FXP voltage values. I can change the data type but I need absolute confidence the values that I save on RT side will be the true I16 values.
Example of what I am getting:

Issue resolved FORREAL this time. The problem was NOT from the hardware or from the FPGA the problem was actually on the RT host side. Here was the fix:
The RT host was not ready fast enough.
