Sorry Thats how I DO it with my custom shortcut!  Select All (Ctrl+A) Menu Edit>>Create VI Snippet from selection.

There is a optional input to the TDMS Write to define the data layout.  The Default is "Decimated:0" Try "Interleaved"  If that doesnt work Transpose the array
