Prevent Bounce Keystrokes on KeyBoard

I am looking for a solution to prevent "bounce Keystrokes" on the keyboard, that means to prevent press same key twice or more. I use NI CVI.

With the event structure you can filter keystrokes. However, it might be easier to change the "repeat delay" setting in the Keyboard Properties of the OS.
