Printing crash

Hello, I've a problem with the print report vi. I've made a simple vi that create a text report and print it. I've made a exe whit the builder and I've tested it on my PC. It is ok. On other PC this exe crash the operating system. I've tested on 2 windows XP SP3 PC and I've crashed on both.

I had an issue in LV 8.6.1 under XP where LV would crash hard when it came time to print a report and no default printer was assigned. Not sure if this helps, but thought I would mention it.

Thanks for your reply. I have used a vi that give me the name of the default printer but not work. The exe that I've build on the PC where I developed the project run, on other PC not run and crash.

which LabVIEW version did you use for development? Which OS is the development PC running?

Is the printer the same in all setups?

Hi, I'll use LV2010 and PC with Windows XP SP3. The printer is the same also on other PC because is a network printer. I've developed another vi with LV8.6 on the same PC in the past and this vi works perfectly

Can my problem is because in the PC where vi crash, is installed also run-time for labview 8.5?A vi built with 8.5 works perfectly.
