Problem between 2 VI

Hi,

I've 2 VI i'd like to launch at the same time.

The 1st one is about temperature captures of thermocouples through  aCompact RIO.

The 2nd one is just video recording through a Dalsa Xcelera acquisition card.

I can't launch those VI at the same time and i can't mix them in a same VI.

IF by any chance i've got any idea, it would be appreciate.

Regards,

Cedric

The 2 VIs are not launched STRICTLY at the same time but it should be OK for your application...

Hope this helps...

Hello,

I'm working with Cissao and I thank you for the VI, but we use LAbview 8.5. Can you transform your VI in 8.5 ?

Thank you for your help

Regards,

Alexis

I have a problem and I don't understand it.

I changed your 2 VI by my 2 VI so I exectuted your application and a error appeared : code 1003 !

If I put just my video VI, no problem, If I put just my thermocouple/FPGA VI, I have this problem !

Thank you

Alexis

Error 1003 occurred at Invoke Node in DynamicVI_Launcher.vi->Launch2VIs_MAIN.vi

Possible reason(s):

LabVIEW:  The VI is not executable. Most likely the VI is broken or one of its subVIs cannot be located.  Open the VI in LabVIEW using File>>Open and verify that it is runnable.

As explained, 2 possible reasons :

- The VI you're trying to launch dynamically is broken (or one of its subVIs)

- If that VI is not broken, you may have a problem with paths. If you replace VI2.vi by your own VI, make sure that you have moved all of its subVIs with it ! 🙂

I told you a nonsense, if there are problems with pathes, the VI will be broken in any cases !

Best,
