Problem concerning LabVIEW and CANoe: class not reistered Error; error -2147221164 or error 3005

Hi Guys,
I have a little prob concerning including CANoe into LabVIEW.
I want to start CANoe automatically with LabView so I have to include a can.dll

Former procedure:
a right mouseclick in the LabView Block Diagram; select ActiveX class; Browse;Drop Down Menue,choose: CANoe 5.0 Type Library Version 1.4; Choose Objects: Application and klick on OK.
Start Running LabVIEW gives me error -2147221164 "Klasse nicht registriert" ( class not registered ) back.
Selecting "IApplication" instead of "Application" in the Objects menu gives me error 3005 back.

things like regedit.exe or regtlib doesn't work :o(

have you already tried to register the AcitveX Control and Server?
