Problem reading the SCXI-1303 terminal block with SCXI-1000

I am using a terminal block SCXI-1303 with an SCXI-1000 to make readings of temperature using thermocouples with Labview 9. The first thermocouple SCXI-1303 that I connect on port ai0 can read the temperature correctly, but when I turn on the second thermocouple at the door ai1 just get wrong information. I've tried connecting the second thermocouple in other ports, but without success. Does anyone know what's going on?
