Hello Everyone,
We have had a couple reports of this with the main common factor being using an integrated intel graphics card, specifically 950M and 965M. It does appear to be an incompatibility with the video driver and OpenSceneGraph which is what the 3D picture control was built on.
Turning off Aero in Vista and Windows 7 did solve the problem for several of our customers. Can you try this and let us know if this worked?

Hi Jon S.,
I think you will not believe in what happened with me.
I just tried to do what you said about disabling the Aero themes in Windows 7.
But when i get to the configuration tab, i realized that i was already select the basuc theme for Windows 7.
Then I just made an attempt to enable it to see what happens and for my surprise it is worked and my problem is gone.
I made some fast tests with my VIs with robotics module and all is working now.
I do not know what to say because the according to websites the Aero theme was supooosed to decrease the performance of the computer.
For everyone knows, my graphic card is the Intel HD graphics which is coming with the recent Core I(3,5,7) Dell laptos.
So, if you are having the same problem, just try to do it too.
Thanks JonS. and everyone.
Best,
Eduardo
