Problem with HTTP:Post on a TPC-2206

I have problems with this code when running as a build on a TPC-2206  with Windows XP Embedded. (The code works fine on my laptop with windows 7).

I think the problem is that I need a web service running on the TPC but it is not possible to build one in the project.

 

Should it work to use HTTP:Post on a TPC?
