Problem with control could not be loaded

When I try to run this program, the graph shows control could not be loaded. After installing NI LabVIEW Run-Time Engine, the problem is still there.

I am trying to find a solution.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The LabVIEW runtime engine is irrelevant for this. Looks like you are missing the OL-770 activeX controls.
