Problem with installing patch for LabView 2016

Hello,
I have a problem with installing the patch for Ni LabView 2016 f7 64bit on Windows 7. I get an error NI LabView 2016 must be installed before you can install this patch.
What do I not have to install the patch?

Your picture is incomplete and does not show the currently installed LabVIEW version. Could it be that you have LabVIEW 2016 32bit only? (Your picture only shows that you have the 64bit runtime, which is irrelevant)
