Problem with signal acquisitions graph

Hello

I am a new labview user.

I try to acquire a signal from potentiometer(measure the position of DC motor) to DAQ USB 6212

after I run the DAQ Assistant, I only got graph within 1s.

If I just simulate a sinusoidal signal and define the graph's x axis to 10s

I also only get this, what should I do to solve this problem? thx

The Chart looks much better than graph, but the chart has not time axis....

Just defining the axis is not sufficient. You should generate the signal for 10 secs and plot to see the results.Smiley Happy

Hi DTUlab

Seems like you could use a good introduction to LabVIEW and graphing your data. Feel free to give me a call on 45 76 26 00, and I will give you a nice introduction to LabVIEW.

You should be able to configure the time axis on a waveform chart to fit you application needs. I.e. you can have that each sample is 10s or 0,1s on the time axis and you can define what absolut time format you would like to start with, i.e. 11-september-2012 14:56.
