Problems Distributing a LabView application that generates TestStand Sequences

We have developed a LabView (7.1) application that generates TestStand Sequences (3.1).  We want to put our application on a non developement machine.  Does anybody know the best way to go about this.

Hi Steve,

In order for your non-development machine to run your application you need to build an installer for LabVIEW- including the LabVIEW Runtime engine and build a Teststand Runtime engine using the Teststand deployment utility.

This will allow your machine to run the application without LabVIEW or Teststand full installations.

The following links are to instructions on creating LabVIEW installers and using the Teststand deployment utility.

Building LabVIEW installer:

http://zone.ni.com/reference/en-XX/help/371361A-01/lvhowto/build_installer/

Teststand deployment utility:

Chapter 14 of the manual "Deploying Teststand Systems"

http://www.ni.com/pdf/manuals/323435a.pdf

I'm currently discussing this with one of your colleagues directly, and when we have resolved the issue, I'll post back on here with the results too.

Please let me know how you get on,
