Problems Importing a .NCE file into Measurement and Automation

Hi, I am having a very unusual problem here.  I have exported my MAX settings into a .NCE file, which contains all my virtual channels and tasks etc.  Somehow my channels got boogered so I thought "No problem" just reload my config file.

This is where my problem occurs.  I import the file, and I get a list of all my channels and cards showing, but on each one I get a warning saying that they will be replaced.  Specifically this is what is said.  "Mychannelname will be replaced".  It has this warning on all my channels and tasks.

So now when I click finish, none of my channels are there in MAX.

It's like the import wizard see my channels in MAX as if they were there, and then says it will replace the existing ones.  When it does this I still dont see the channels.  It's like they are invisible.

Anyways, anyone else encounter this issue?

Just to add.  I have some VI's that call specific channels that I had created.  Mind you MAX shows absolutely no channels or tasks.  I ran this VI. and The channel control shows all the channels that are missing and the VI runs perfectly no errors.

I just can't see the channels in MAX , very weird.

Hopefully I can get a response.  I might try uninstalling the MAX and reinstalling.

So, I did a repair of MAX and rebooted.  The channels did not show up initially.  I imported my file again, and it said it would overwrite the existing files and BOOM they showed up.  Cheers to all.Smiley Very Happy
