Actually, each onboard channel corresponds to four AMUX channels. This means that if you read from channel 0 on your DAQ board you will be acquiring from channels 0 through 3 on the AMUX-64T. If you acquire from channel 1 on your DAQ board than this corresponds to channels 4 through 7 on the AMUX-64T. This is also described in the following Knowledge Base article.
