Problems to detect AI-V10, AO-V10 cards in FP-TB-10 module

I have problems to detect the AI-V10 and AO-V10 cards in an FP-TB-10 module. When i detect this cards, the MAX-program detects an discrete input (= empty place). When i place the cards on an other place in the FP-TB-10 module, then the MAX-program will detect the cards sometimes and sometimes not!

This is strange, because i hadn't this problem in the past.

I advise you to contact your local National Instruments branch to get to the bottom of this behaviour.
It seems probable that there is something wrong with the hardware but we need some more specific information to be certain.
