This is certainly odd behavior. I would suggest first trying this with multiple database objects to see if the behavior occurs with all of them. If not, it could just be a problem with a particular database. Next, I would try running this on another machine if you have access to one and see if the problem is stemming from the database tools on one computer. Finally, try reinstalling the Toolset in case there was a corrupt install. Let us know what you find out.
