Problems with vision authentication when built in Labview 2023 Q3

I am using 2023 Q3 labview
I tried to build it and use it as an exe file, but it said I needed to authenticate the license below.
But I want to use it without authentication. Is there a solution??
Does vision have to be authenticated even if it is built??

I am using the paid version. There should be no problem in building, but there is a problem using the exe file on another PC after building.

When using the Ni-Vision module in a application, you need to have a run-time License for the PC that will run the application. 

What you pained for is the development version of NI-Vision.
